HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY DEVICE?
If you have handed in your device from Monday to Friday and the required components are in stock, your device will be repaired the next day. Otherwise your repair will be ready in 3-5 working days.

Is there a way to order a repair over the Internet?
At the moment we offer you the possibility to have a look at our price list and to contact us via e-mail.
In the near future we may also offer you the possibility to carry out repairs from home.

What do I need for a money transfer?
You can send or receive money worldwide via MoneyGram or RIA.
Please note these points for each transaction:
  •     Bring a valid photo ID (identity card, passport or driving licence. Pay attention to the expiration date!) with.
  •     You must be at least 18 years of age.
  •     We need the exact first and last name of the recipient.
  •     You must be clear about the country/city in which the recipient lives (when sending money).
  •     For transactions via Sigue, RIA we additionally require the place of residence/address and a telephone number of the recipient.

When is the shop open?
Monday to Fridays: 8.30 am - 7.30 pm
Saturdays: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm
Sundays: 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
Internet café, money transfer, photo machine & telephone exchange are open daily (incl. Sundays & holidays) from 9.00 am - 7.00 pm!

On Sundays and holidays no mobile phones and accessories will be sold!
